Terms of Service
Last updated 17 September 2026. These terms apply to every purchase of Snowy Studios resources and services.
About these terms
These terms govern access to Snowy Studios development resources and support services, and form the agreement between you and Snowy Studios when you buy one. Snowy Studios is an independent trading name operating online only. Reach us through the Snowy Studios Discord server at discord.gg/9gE4gE7JW8.
Authorized use
Customers may use resources only for Roblox Studio projects they own or are authorized to develop. Customers may not use the service to obtain unauthorized access to accounts, games, systems, or data.
Prohibited use
Do not interfere with another person’s game or account, bypass platform safeguards, distribute harmful code, violate intellectual-property rights, or break applicable law or platform rules.
License
Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the resources in your own Roblox Studio projects for the access period you bought. Resources may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, or published as your own without written permission. What the current library contains is described on the Services and Pricing pages before you pay.
Payments and access period
Monthly access is a recurring subscription of 9.99 USD that renews automatically every 30 days until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your dashboard; cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the period already paid for, and access continues until that period ends. Lifetime access is 19.99 USD as a one-time purchase that never expires and never renews. Card and wallet payments are processed by Whop; cryptocurrency payments, where offered, are processed by NOWPayments. A processing fee may be added on card and wallet rails and is shown in the order summary before you pay. Applicable taxes and final totals are shown at checkout. Access begins after the payment is verified by the provider, at which point a license key is issued to your account.
Accounts and license keys
Access is delivered as a license key shown on your dashboard after a verified payment. Sign in with Discord to view it. A key is issued for the purchasing customer only and must not be shared, published, resold, or used on behalf of another person; keys found to be shared may be revoked. If you paid without signing in, sign in with the Discord account whose email you entered at checkout and the order will be attached to it.
Support
Resource plans include documentation and examples, not individual support or custom development. Separate guidance or code review requires a written scope, delivery method, fee, and support period agreed before purchase. No guaranteed revenue, ranking, approval, player growth, or uninterrupted game operation is offered.
Intellectual property
Snowy Studios retains ownership of its original materials except for rights expressly granted. Customers must only share work they own or are authorized to share.
No affiliation
Snowy Studios is independent and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Roblox Corporation. Roblox trademarks and assets belong to their respective owners.
Suspension and remedies
Access may be suspended for non-payment, account sharing, redistribution, abuse, unlawful conduct, or breach of these terms. Any refund or remedy remains subject to the refund policy, payment-provider rules, and applicable law.
