Refund Policy
Last updated 17 September 2026. This policy explains when a purchase can be refunded and how to ask.
Digital resources and services
Snowy Studios provides digital development resources and support services. Purchases are generally final once resource access has been delivered or the agreed service has begun, subject to applicable law and the payment provider’s rules.
Monthly access
Monthly access is a recurring subscription that renews every 30 days until you cancel it from your dashboard. A charge already made is generally non-refundable once the license key for that period has been issued, except where applicable law or provider rules require a remedy — but cancelling stops any future charge, and you keep access for the period you already paid for.
Lifetime access
Lifetime access is purchased once and does not renew automatically. Purchases are generally non-refundable after access is delivered, except where applicable law or provider rules require a remedy.
Cryptocurrency payments
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and cannot be recalled by us or by the processor once confirmed on the network. Sending an incorrect amount, using an unsupported asset or network, or paying after an invoice expires may result in a loss we cannot recover. Check the invoice details before sending. Where a refund is agreed or legally required, it is made by a separate transfer and the amount may differ from the original because of exchange-rate movement and network fees.
Access problems
If a verified technical failure on our side prevents delivery, contact support within 7 days with the order ID so we can investigate and, where appropriate, restore access or provide another reasonable remedy. This reporting window does not shorten statutory rights.
Other requests
Change of mind, failure to read the description, unsupported or unauthorized projects, failure to follow instructions, account sharing, or terms violations do not ordinarily qualify for a voluntary refund. This does not restrict any remedy required by applicable law or the provider.
Unauthorized or duplicate payments
Contact us promptly with the order reference if a charge appears unauthorized or duplicated. You may raise it with Snowy Studios first so we can investigate; doing so is not a condition for exercising payment-dispute or statutory rights.
Consumer rights and contact
This policy does not limit any right that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you. To ask about a refund, contact us through the Snowy Studios Discord server at discord.gg/9gE4gE7JW8 with your order reference and the email you used at checkout.
