Privacy Policy
Last updated 17 September 2026. This notice explains what Snowy Studios collects, why, and how to have it removed.
Who operates this site
Snowy Studios is an independent trading name operating this site online, and is responsible for the personal information described below. For anything to do with your data, contact us through the Snowy Studios Discord server at discord.gg/9gE4gE7JW8.
Support requests
This site has no contact form. Support is provided through our Discord server, so anything you send us there is processed by Discord under its own privacy policy and is subject to your Discord privacy settings. Do not post passwords, license keys, or payment card details in a support channel.
Accounts and sign-in
Signing in is optional and uses Discord OAuth. If you sign in we receive and store your Discord user ID, username, avatar URL, and the email address on your Discord account, so that purchases can be attached to your account and your license key shown to you. Sign-in also asks Discord for permission to add you to our Discord server. We keep that authorization, stored encrypted, so we can add you to our server on your behalf and for no other purpose; you can withdraw it at any time under Discord Settings → Authorized Apps. Your session is held in a signed cookie; we store no password. You can stop using the account at any time and ask us to delete it using the contact below.
Payments and order records
Full card numbers and CVV codes are never collected or stored by this site: card and wallet payments are completed on Whop’s hosted checkout, and cryptocurrency payments on NOWPayments, each under its own privacy terms. We store an order record for every purchase — an order reference, the email you gave at checkout, the plan, the amount and currency, the payment status, the processor’s payment identifier, and the license key issued — because it is what proves your entitlement and what we need for support, refunds, disputes, and accounting. Order records are kept for as long as the access lasts and afterwards for the period the applicable tax and accounting rules require, then deleted.
Hosting and technical data
The website is delivered through Vercel. The provider may process technical request information, including IP addresses, browser details, and operational or security logs, to deliver and protect the site. Those logs are held by the provider under its own retention schedule, not by us. Account and order records are held in a Postgres database operated for this site; no general visitor-tracking database is maintained.
Video and external media
The video preview image is requested from YouTube’s image service. This transmits standard request information such as your IP address. The YouTube privacy-enhanced player loads only when you press play. Playback contacts Google/YouTube and may use its storage and process viewing information under its privacy policy. You may avoid loading the player and use the separate YouTube link instead.
Cookies and analytics
No app-owned analytics, advertising trackers, or non-essential cookies are configured. Signing in sets a strictly necessary session cookie, without which an account cannot stay signed in; it is not used for tracking. The site does not store the animation preference across visits. Third-party YouTube behavior is described above. A suitable consent mechanism must be added if non-essential tracking is introduced.
Use, sharing, and rights
No personal information is sold. Processing by our providers is limited to operating their hosting, payment, authentication, or media services on our behalf. To request access, correction, or deletion of any business-held information, contact us through the Snowy Studios Discord server at discord.gg/9gE4gE7JW8 and tell us the email address on your account so we can find it. Which rights apply depends on where you live; we answer requests within one month and will tell you if we need longer.
Provider information
Processors used by this site: Vercel (hosting), Whop (card and wallet payments), NOWPayments (cryptocurrency payments), Discord (sign-in and support), and Google/YouTube (the optional video above). Read each provider’s own privacy policy, including Google’s at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms, and some are located outside your country, which means your information may be transferred internationally under the safeguards those providers publish.
